Sergey Vladimirovich Dlin (born January 29, 1979, Moscow) is a Russian neurologist, vertebrologist, manual therapist, and specialist in preventive and anti-aging medicine. He is the head of a clinic for the treatment of joints and the spine in Moscow.
He is the author of a non-surgical method for treating intervertebral disc herniation — “Ditazin Therapy,” a member of the Association of Pain Medicine Specialists, an expert on federal TV channels, and a TV host on Channel Five (program “Your Health”).

Biography
Sergey Vladimirovich Dlin was born on January 29, 1979, in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region.
In 2002, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry with a degree in General Medicine. He later completed a residency in Manual Therapy at the Institute of Restorative Medicine and Balneology.
He underwent internships at the Charité Clinic (Germany) and holds certifications in kinesitherapy and osteopathy from Israel.
Professional Activity
Since 2000, Sergey Dlin has been practicing clinical neurology, manual therapy, and preventive medicine. He developed a unique non-surgical treatment method for intervertebral disc herniation — “Ditazin Therapy” — and a range of innovative micronutrient complexes under the brand “Doctor Dlin.” He is also the author of the health management method “Rebalance Kinetics.”
